Troubleshooting

 Problem:  Possible Solution:
 AquaLab won't turn on  Power cord disconnected
 Blown fuse
 Long read-time  Dirty sample chamber
 Sample desorbs moisture slowly
 Propylene glycol present in sample
 Broken chamber fan blade
 Readisn on verification standartds are too high/low to  adjust  Dirty sample chamber if using salt solution, it may not  be in equilibrium
 "Sample too hot" or "HI" message appears on screen  Sample not in thermal equilibrium with AquaLab
 "aw < 0.0..." or "LO" message appears on screen  Dirty sample chamber or mirror sample too dry to be  accurately measured
 "Block ROM failed" message appears on screen after  turning on (Series 3)  Block is disconnected from motherboard
 Block memory component has failed
 Triangle appears in upper-right corner (Series 3)  Mirror is dirty
