Download now to update the firmware in the KD2 Pro Thermal Properties Analyzer to the most current version. The firmware is the software that runs inside your KD2 Pro. The KD2 Pro Firmware Updater updates the firmware in your instrument. Note: Download any data stored on your KD2 Pro before running the updater because the updater will erase all data stored on the KD2 Pro.

1. Click here to download the KD2 Pro Updater version 1.23 to your computer running Windows (this file may be deleted after the update).
2. Launch the software called "KD2Pro-R1-23-Updater.exe".
3. Connect your KD2 Pro to a serial port on your computer. Select the serial port from the Comm Port control.
4. Click the Start button. Follow the on-screen prompts. Don't disconnect your KD2 Pro from the computer until the update process is finished.
