GA Harris fellowship now open to American and Canadian graduate students

We're pleased to announce the 2011 G.A. Harris Instrumentation Fellowship. This fellowship gives six $5,000 awards of Decagon instrumentation to graduate students studying environmental or geotechnical science. This year the committee is emphasizing studies that propose innovative soil and plant monitoring.
