If I want to carry out potato related study, what lysimeter techniques would you suggest me to take?

Because of the amount of disturbance required with potato farming a weighing lysimeter is probably not a very feasible option. A controlled tension lysimeter, static tension lysimeter, or pan lysimeter are going to be better options because all of the equipment is going to be below the disturbed area.
