To arrange for a Calibration Service, call Decagon. We'll send you a loaner instrument to use while yours is being serviced. Once the loaner arrives, you can use the same box to ship your AquaLab to Decagon. After a thorough cleaning and calibration, we will return your instrument along with a signed and dated Certificate of Calibration.
