What is happening to your product during storage and shipping?
The SafeStorage Monitor records and stores water activity and temperature data from up to five SafeStorage sensors that can be installed in packaging, containers storage bins, silos, warehouses, or anywhere else you need to continuously monitor water activity. The data is downloaded to a computer and monitored using Decagon's DataTrac software (included).

The SafeStorage Monitor is ideal for:
