Firmware Engineering Internship

Responsibilities:
- Microcontroller firmware development and development assistance.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and supporting of Decagon's products.
- Documenting software development consistent with quality management systems requirements.
- Task management.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills
- Working towards a Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 0 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Academic training and experience in microprocessor programming (C/C++), and digital signal processing methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other engineers, scientists, and technicians as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Desired Skills - Experience with:
- TI MSP430 microcontrollers.
- Real-time programming
- low-power design techniques
- Excel function / macros development
- and IAR / CrossStudio Development environments
