AquaLab Applications Engineer

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, food science, or related field
- Ability to work with customers effectively and consistently exceed their expectations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively and work effectively in a friendly team environment Reports to: AquaLab Market Group Manager
Responsibilities
- Walk customers who are interested in new products through the technical proof of concept process so they will purchase these products
- Manage all processes related to collecting samples from customers and reporting results back to them
- Provide application-related customer support to all AquaLab customers
- Assist the Research Scientist in educating customers on water activity/product moisture/isotherms. This will include application notes, seminars, conference calls, customer visits, trade shows, etc.
