Decagon Devices, is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to work in the International Environmental Research Division.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Fulfill quote requests from international inquiries, and schedule follow ups, etc. in order to capture marketing data for each inquiry, and forward inquiries to international distributors where appropriate.
• Provide first-line support for end users and distributors
• Enter orders and keep customers informed of their status, coordinating with other depts.
• Enter sales leads from international conferences and trade shows into the sales database and follow up accordingly.
• Help with customer surveys, trade show logistics, market trend analysis and research, and other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors' degree preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Ability to find solutions to problems without constant supervision
• Ability to follow established procedures
• Interest in environmental science and applications
• Ability to communicate with international customers; foreign language ability is desirable, but not required.
